KDE 4 in January
The K Desktop Environment v4.0 is scheduled for release on 2008-01-11. Read more about the release and new features on the web at large.
…and surprise, surprise! I am not making the switch in January! I am running Debian GNU/Linux 4.0r1 ‘Etch’. The stable release! As I prefer a working desktop to a fresh, cool, and new feature rich desktop…. Well, I will be sticking with what I have got for now. Please do upload loads of screenshots, people! So I really can see what I am going to miss.

It will probably be years before KDE 4 makes in into the stable Debian repository. You really want to wait that long?
