KDE flashbacks

After trying KDE for a couple of days I have started to seeing more and more frequent flashback from my previous KDE experiences.
Everything is indeed configurable in KDE. Though it is just a pain in a certain crack to find out where and how to configure that little bit you wanted to configure. KDE's panel configuration is awful compared to Gnome panel's ease of configuration. It takes forever to configure and it really is not intuitive at all!

I have seen people confuse the term open source
an the Novell sponsored Linux distribution open suse
on several blogs, and even some popular news sites.
It just struck me how cleaver this name really is! People mean open source but have picked up the name open suse in the news and on the blogosphere.

Apple's DRM ilegal in Norway

One point for the good guys! Apple's digital rights management technology used in their iTunes music player, iTunes Store, and popular iPod portable music layers are violating Norwegian law, according to numerous sources. Consumer groubs in Norway, Sweden and Denmark sent a letter to Apple early last year. And today it was reported that Apple violates Norwegian law and is in fact ilegal.
